Property Management:

Communication:

  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between the chalet owner and relevant parties, including service providers, tenants, and stakeholders.

Documentation and Filing:

  • Organise and maintain all essential chalet-related documents, contracts, agreements, and administrative records in an accessible and secure manner.

Vehicle/ Fleet Management:

  • Maintaining all vehicles and ensuring the vehicles are clean, fuelled and ready to go!  All vehicles have the correct documentation and service book up to date.  

Maintenance Coordination:

  • Arrange and coordinate maintenance and repairs for the chalet, including regular servicing of systems and appliances.
  • Keep a maintenance log for tracking purposes.

Security and CCTV:

  • Manage all security related concerns. Our team specialise in Close Protection, CCTV installation and Security Consultancy

Staffing and Scheduling:

  • Manage teams, bookings, and scheduling for the chalet. Designing SOP's to maintain standards and exceed expectations.

Insurance Management:

  • Ensure that the chalet's insurance policies (e.g., property, liability) are up to date and provide adequate coverage.
  • Facilitate claims and renewals as needed.

Compliance and Regulations:

  • Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements related to the chalet.
  • Stay updated on any changes in regulations that may affect the chalet's operations.
